You Know You're Addicted to Alton Towers (and tst) When....

When you have to re print all the screenshots from your coursework because TST is loaded at the bottom and your teacher would realise all I've done this year ... :)

You spent the first half of the most important exam of the year drawing ride logos and Oblivion on the back before realising there was only half an hour left and just scraping the marks needed for next years.

• When you put your TST pin badge on your rucksack, and sport it everywhere you go.

• When you have TST as your browser homepage.

when stripping down a room at work and staff that pop into the room comment on knowing that music from somewhere, but not being able to put they finger on it. Then I realize that I still got the 3hr version of the old towers street music playing on my tablet.

When you're watching Downton Abbey, and all you can think of when you see Carson is 'That's the voice of Hex'.

You use the BOUBILLE meme in your end of key stage drama assessment.

Being unable to think of anything other than TST or EP when seeing the word "ROWLAND" on the side of a piano. (Yes I know it's spelt differently, but ho hum!)

When you say you talking holiday leave and the first words out of your work mates mouths is "alton towers trip then"

When a narrator says on some B&B programme "the guests assume the position" you shout out "prepare for air"
Haha saw this earlier on four in a bed or something, did the same thing.

Anyways you know your addicted to alton towers when you manage to get the I.T and Science teachers to do a theme park project using physics and graphics to create your own rides and using examples e.g a made up roller coasters drop is 100ft but ending up writing an paragraph on how nemesis uses the pit and terrain around it to keep the pacing through the whole layout and getting one of the best grades thanks to Nemesis. Also included lots of diagrams and sketches of the layout to show how it paces itself through the whole layout.managed to make the project mainly art by spending 4 hours drawing nemesis and diagrams. :p

1. When you watch pov videos on Youtube
2. When you have ride music on your ipod
3. When you say your going to Alton Towers and everyone shouts AGAIN????
4. When all you want to talk about is the latest trip you had
5. When you wear your Smiler hoodie as soon as it has been washed
6. When you've planned your next trip already
7. When you come on sites like this

when you're a 31 year old and you want to re-install the classic Rollercoaster Tycoon game to play the Alton Towers map just to make you feel like you actually manage the real Alton Towers!

Or when you can still remember and hum along to the old cheerful tune the monorail used to play some 10 years ago!

was it this one by any chance?

I'm always happy when on the dated 11-inch TV's in the Station with old rides featured has that song still playing, it makes me happy to queue for the monorail on the way back if I don't feel like walking back to the carpark.

was it this one by any chance?

Ah i got really excited then but unfortuntely no that's not the one! Thank you for trying though!

If i could put the tune in to words i would! :(
