Oh it's all so bad isnt it... No matter what they try with this marketing and story it smacks of laziness thanks to the damn logo, colour and rehashing of everything Oblivion plus using 'The Ultimate Rollercoaster' tagline seen in Th13teen.

Hay at least white means it's not going to be an exact copy of Oblivion ;)
 
From what I have read, the ride wasn't planned to be white, originally was going to be black and orange, they also planed to repaint the flying island and Intamin drop tower in the same area. However planning approval wasn't granted unless painted a natural colour such as white as didn't want anything ruining the shore line of lake Garda.
 
So the marketing is all dark, mysterious sci-fi and hints at orange and black as the main colours, but they have had to make the coaster white to keep the council and locals happy? Hahahahahahaaaa!
 
That has to be the most boring promotional video for a coaster ever. I know it's probably part of a series of videos but I got very bored watching that.

It's not often that I am glad something failed, but in this case I am absolutely delighted, the red and orange Oblivion rip off was an abomination to the industry and an affront to creative design and innovation in the theme park industry, and creativity on the whole.

It was like a crappy remix where they tried to take a masterpiece and "put a donk on it".

Good riddance to bad rubbish!

I actually quite like the white track, now Merlin should do the decent thing and change the awful theme, logo, and everything else that actually made most of us detest a B&M dive machine!

Contrast with the baby one at Eftling which whilst not the most thrilling and dividing opinion ride wise, appears will be imaginative, creative, stylish, and actually quite cute!
 
The white track looks awful IMO, it already looks filthy and rusty! The upkeep just wont be good enough to make this look decent for any length of time. It's photo's like that that make me glad that in the UK we have dark run down themes for the roller-coasters (although that shouldn't be the case). For a brand new coaster, that looks old & shi*t. It will only get worse as the rain washes the rust away creating yellow streaks down it. M£rlin ffs. It's karma I think ;)
 
Nice to see Screamscape are incredibly up to date still these days ;)

The airtime hill is pretty much the same as Krake's it would seem, which is the best element in the ride to be fair... Just a helix and another inversion to go pretty much now...
