Flamingo land & light water valley meet

Looking on making a trip up north on April the 4th and 5th to do light water and flamingo land (possibly even travelling up on the Friday night)

So anyone interested ??
 
Excellent, someone else has taken the initiative meaning I don't have to. This could be a good weekend for me, subject to actually having the means of getting there as my car is still off the road at the moment...
 
Not free that weekend as I go abroad on the 5th and was planning Towers on Good Friday.

Oh well - will just make it 6 seasons with no visit to either of these hovels.

 
Off the top of my head, these dates work for me and there's no F1 that weekend, so I'm interested :)
I need a couple of credits at Flamingoland, as much as I dislike the place, and Lightwater's always a laugh, especially if there's people who've not done t'Ultimate before.

As for hotels, LWV's out on a bit of a limb, but based on 2013, it's not a bad drive from Bradford Travelodge :)
 
Any idea which hotels the best to book up there for those that have been before
 
If Flamingo Land's on the Sunday, I may try and join as I've not been since 2011; Desperate to have my brain pulped by a Volare!
 
Don't know if you have intentionally picked the day because of this, but there is some kind of event on at Flamingo Land for free on Saturday evening, might even mean later ride close? I'm not sure.

Looks suitably bad but still free entertainment.

As a resident, it looks like I get a discount on this day so I might well come along! I will be going with friends, but it would be nice to see you all in person, I'll keep an eye for you.

I'm with Al on this one - definitely still up for doing Flamingo on the Sunday if nothing else :)

I'll be keeping away from Flamingo Land on the Saturday if Union J are there after the rides close. It's not the sort of park where I don't mind queuing. :p

I can't do these dates, but still interested in a Lightwater Valley trip at some point.
