As @DiogoJ42 insists I must post some photo's, here's a selection of cakes and whatnot I've made over the last couple of years... (I don't claim to be a great decorator though)

The now annual tradition of baking Creme Egg themed goods:

Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake - started out as Diogo's birthday cake and now is a regular request for TST gatherings:

And for the last ever Newsnight broadcast from Television Centre the crew had a 'bake off'. These were my contribution:

I baked a 'Caramel Apple Cake' a few weeks ago. The first attempt went badly.

The second one was much better, and it was pretty well-received!
