Rollercoaster Restaurant: General Discussion

A video has been posted showing the inside of the Rollercoaster Restaurant.

Looks a bit blank on the walls. I'm sure Leek Signs will have that sorted though.

I like the look of the lighting in there, actually looks like the promotional images which makes a change!

:)

I liked how they have put a loop on top of the burger buns, little things that make a big difference.

It also looks like it is coming along nicely, and should open on the 13th. Not long to wait now.

Link seems to be broken i get the following error "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected."

Link has been fixed and thread merged with this existing one.

Towers put the sample menu on their website a while back which did not include any prices. From what I can tell it looks like there have only been very minor changes from the sample menu however there are now prices.

My main comment would be that the lunchtime menu (i.e. when the theme park is open) is extremely limited with burgers being the largest section on the menu, I mean it's not as if there aren't enough other places to get burgers at Towers!!

:)

Seems very expensive! £15 for a burger that only costs £10 in woodcutters?!

I also thought the lunch menu appears to be very burger heavy and slightly reduced from the sample menu. It would have been nice to have a 'premium' restaurant that served a different variety of food. I wouldn't be surprised if the menu changed slightly once it was open and they have received some feedback however.

I'd imagine one of the reasons it's more expensive than Woodcutters is because the food is somewhat better! From the photos I've seen the burgers here look far nicer than those served at Woodcutters.
