Research for my Uni dissertation

Hi everybody!

I'm writing my dissertation on Alton Towers and specifically the brand management that they have undertaken to see if the smiler crash has had a negative or positive public perception and the general impact it has.

Over the last few months i have been doing observational studies when on park and got some interesting data from that, also some data from SKU and my own observations of ride times.

Anyway what i'm adding is some questionnaire to help back up my research i'm carrying out and the biggest gap i have is enthusiasts, as i do no some enthusiasts wont ride the smiler/ oblivion etc due to safety or perceived thoughts but i'm looking for some data to help back up what i say

Hi, just filling it out now. It seems that on the "When you see Alton Towers what do you associate with the brand? (Tick any that apply)" question, you can only tick one answer instead of multiple however.

For some reason even though it's been selected as a multiple choice on the editor it's not playing ball

I found some of the questions difficult for example is the ride-5 intense and scary or 1-relaxing and not intimidating ...for example nemesis I find it intense but not intimidating at all! So I'd pick one and 5! Not sure if I an interpreting the question wrong!

It's because a lot of people who took the questionnaire originally haven't visited before and only had the website to make choices off so they would use intimidating scale, people who visit how intense it is

Not sure if there is a cut off for this but I filled it in, hope I wasn't too late. Good luck with the dissertation!
