Leicester 3 Liverpool 1, madness....

Brilliant more like! The Hull game on Saturday will be an interesting test mind. It was interesting to see the changes in the way we approached the game last night, it was the style of last season rather than this silly new way we've tried most of this season so far.

:)

Massive game for us tonight against Brighton.

Given Gayle's injury, I am not convinced we'll beat them. But hopefully our midfield will boss things.

Whoever wins between the Toon and Tesco FC will be all but promoted. So come on Newcastle!

Their penalty was a fluke too.

Very happy!

Sheffield Wednesday just beat Norwich City 5-1!! Best performance of the season so far! If we continue to play like that then we'll almost certainly get promoted! :)

Wednesday should have gone up last season tbh. Great to see they're doing well and I do hope they come up.

Also, The Palace <3

10-2 on aggregate.. I think Arsenal are in need of a huge rebuild. They need to get rid of a lot of their players and invest in some decent talent.

My heart bleeds.

There is this ridiculous sense of entitlement with some clubs.

Aren't you a Newcastle fan? ;)

Yes - I don't dispute that given the club's resources and fan base, we should do better than we are. Clearly, a club with massive financial resources and outlay would expect to do well. But come on - NUFC have not won anything major since the 1950s. Arsenal is hardly comparable.

Arsenal finish top 4 or 5 EVERY year and have done for a long time. Given how many other clubs *also* spend similar (or more) than they do, then their performance really isn't too shabby.

Not every club can win the league. Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City etc. - are all expecting the same and it statistically is impossible.

I didn't think that was a penalty at the end as Suarez went down like he was shot, but hey that's European football. Fair play to them though, to come back 6-1 is impressive.

I've been saying Wenger should either resign or be sacked for a good 7 or 8 years now and my reason for that hasn't changed and it completely sums up Arsenal. The club has a huge culture problem, lacks leadership and ambition. By the end of the noughies, the excuses had begun. It was always injuries which ruined their season, or they didn't have the spending power of United or Chelsea. I understand that sacrifices were made to pay for the new stadium, however, Wenger has repeatedly said that the team is ready to compete and win titles yet every season they start off well, look promising, then when the pressure is on they fade away, go out of the CL in the RO16 and clinch top 4 and Wenger and the board convince everyone that it's good enough. YEAR. ON. YEAR. And the real issues are forgotten about. It's so boring. If you follow me on Twitter I have a pop at Arsenal a lot (so much even I'm becoming bored of Tweeting about them) and it'd be easy to think I'm anti-Arsenal. However I grew up watching the likes of Henry, Bergkamp, Vieira. Where are these sorts of players now?! I loved (and hated, being a United fan) watching Arsenal.

No club is entitled to anything, but they're stuck in a rut where they say that 4th is good enough. Can you imagine managers like Jose, Pep, Fergie accepting that fourth is good enough for a club like Arsenal!? Wenger looks like a rabbit in headlights and with every game gone his legacy is being tarnished. Who benches Sanchez against Liverpool? Who benches Cech, their only Champions League winner, vs Bayern!? They have no leaders and their star players (aside from Sanchez) go missing in the pressure games. The games which really matter. Özil for example is the most overrated player in the Premier League and the fact they've offered him £280k a week is laughable. They care more about selfies and social media than what happens on the pitch. People have criticised Sanchez for throwing tantrums for being subbed and having a go at players not putting in the effort, that's because he wants to win! The 10-2 was an absolute disgrace. Simply put, you should not be getting beat 10-2. 5-1 twice by the same team in the space of a few weeks. Ultimately, the manager is to blame for this.

I completely support the fans protesting and calling for his sacking/resignation. He should do what is best for the club and fans. Let's remember he is on £8 million per year! He's being completely selfish and stubborn. Gary Neville had a go at fans for protesting. Sorry but if I was paying £1,000+ on a season ticket for the same nonsense every year I'd protest. These fans have a right to voice their opinions. Ask yourself, would you rather your team qualify for the Champions League every season for 20 years knowing your manager has no intention of winning it, or fail to qualify for it a few times but win the competition once or twice in that time? I know what I'd rather have.

Luis Enrique, before the greatest comeback of all time on Wednesday said, "If PSG can score four, we can score six." Wenger, before the 2nd leg against Bayern and also 4 goals down said, "Let’s not fool ourselves, we have a one or two per cent chance. But you never know." One leads with positivity and ambition, the other negativity and aimlessness.

That was an interesting read. The issue with Arsenal is they need a complete rebuild. If you look at their team they have a few good players and a lot of average which allows them to finish 4th.

Arsene Wengers biggest issue is he always says 'I could of signed' like 'I could of signed Ibra, Drogba, Ronaldo'.. Then why didn't you? The players he does buy are people who were established else where but in terms of Ozil and Cech are starting to decline. Cech has conceded 20% of his career goals at Arsenal. 20%!

He also said they have money to spend but he thinks of it as his money so doesnt spend it. How can you manage a team like that? In my opinion I think he should retire at the end of the season and they should get in a new manager. Then they need to build up the squad and in the 2018/19 season they could then be competative once more.

But as a Chelsea fan (since birth) Im happy for him to stay as it means they aren't a title threat

Ahhhh, I remember when we qualified for the Champions League last season. Fans of other clubs said that Leicester would be an embarrassment to England and ruin our UEFA coefficient, putting that fourth Champions League place in jepody. How silly do they look now? Spurs and Arsenal have been our European flops!

I cannot believe last night, it was incredible. We beat Sevilla, a side that have won the Europa League for the last 3 years and had not lost in their last 13 (I think) European knock out ties. Yet we, Leicester City, beat them to be one of the best 8 teams in this years competition. Getting out of the group was a fantastic achievment, never mind winning the group with a game to spare and then beating one of the best teams in Europe over 2 legs.

This is why I love football. This is why I love Leicester City!

:)
