The I Feel Down Topic.

That's the second time in three nights that I've woken up with sleep paralysis, something I've not had for ages.
What makes this time slightly more worrying is that before it hit, I was dreaming about getting some kind of nasty "radiation burn" on my finger. Since I woke up, my finger genuinely feels like I've burnt it on something, although it looks fine. (And no, my Geiger counter is not registering anything odd).

Now, I'm not saying it was "aliens".......

it must be the worry / excitement (delete as appropriate) about the impending WW3 with Putin and Trump ! :p

Everything seems to be happening all at once. School holidays, which I never cope with well. I need to be at work and busy! Callum had his two year development review last week and it really wasn't good. He's really quite delayed in communication, social and emotional areas. I was aware of this and already worried enough to seek a referral, but having it confirmed is just scary. I could tell myself I was just being paranoid up until now. He's a very demanding child and being on my own with him is exhausting. I've fallen out with my mum. We were supposed to be going to AT on Thursday with Callum and she's backed out on me, which kinda tipped me over the edge. Anxiety is driving me crazy, I'm full of irrational thoughts and unpleasant memories. And I've deactivated my Facebook account because I know I'll just say stupid things and upset people when I'm feeling like this. So yeah, there we have it. Not good right now.

I'm drowning under some family illness (being the strong one etc) and it has given me a negative look on everything so I'm finding work, college and day to day life a bit crap really

[/pathetic rant over]

I had to have my dog put to sleep last night. She was 15 and I've had her since she was 7 weeks old. Absolutely heartbroken.

Not that it's comparable, be we took one of our rats (Egon) to the vet earlier to get a massive lump looked at. Turned out to be an abscess, the vet drained it there and then. He said he'd never seen so much puss come out of such a small critter. :/

Poor thing is cowering in our solitary confinement cage. Doesn't know what's hit him :( But yeah, hopefully he'll be fine.

Losing a dog is horrible and I can't imagine how you feel right now Amy. Hugs go out to you.

Am I imagining it or did you lose one not long ago? I really appreciate your thoughts, thank you. All of you! I just feel so incredibly guilty right now.

Yeah I lost mine back in February. She was nearly 13 and I still miss her a lot. She's with the angels now and I know she's fine alongside your dog. Have you thought about getting her cremated? We did it with mine and it definitely helps, as in a way, she's still with you.

Nearly lost the battle I'm having to hold my tongue about one particular thing with my parents at about half 2 in the morning. Whilst I was driving them back from Manchester Airport. After a flight from Tel Aviv that landed at least an hour late due to the plane being delayed on an earlier flight to Palma de Mallorca. Yeah, not fun, and it's been messing with my head a bit ever since. :/

had another job rejected :( - That's the 4th one this year - I have to be thankful for the job I have but I have nothing to do. Literally nothing
