Messaging/Emailing Alton Towers

I picked up my Alton Towers Pass they did an offer on a few months ago for £70 on Wednesday 25 October, a few hours later i noticed they had got the expiry date wrong on it by about 2 months. ie 10 months time! not the 12 it should be.

I would have gone back and sorted it, but didn't want to queue 30+ minutes again, so i sent them a message on Facebook, they haven't even read it.

So i sent them an email they keep posting on twitter etc when people complain and got a case number.

I find it shocking they cant sort problems out within a decent time frame.

What are peoples experiences with Towers and complaining?

My understanding with those Annual Passes that were on offer, is that it does not mater what date you pick it up from, the renewal date would be the start of September 2018. I think I remember seeing this in the T&Cs along with it not including access to the park during Fireworks.

So you are only losing a month if you waited until October to pick it up.
 
My expiry is the 2nd August , i picked the pass up on the 25th October , ive emailed merlin.

Nothing on the order email about t's and c's
