I picked up my Alton Towers Pass they did an offer on a few months ago for £70 on Wednesday 25 October, a few hours later i noticed they had got the expiry date wrong on it by about 2 months. ie 10 months time! not the 12 it should be.
I would have gone back and sorted it, but didn't want to queue 30+ minutes again, so i sent them a message on Facebook, they haven't even read it.
So i sent them an email they keep posting on twitter etc when people complain and got a case number.
I find it shocking they cant sort problems out within a decent time frame.
What are peoples experiences with Towers and complaining?
