2018: Park Operations & Ride Availability

Well at least the TEA figure for 2018 should be high, so that the park can class WM as a success and move on to reverse the cuts and build bigger, better attractions!

The park surely wouldn't have had 8,000 people on park during an April weekend last year, so it's progress, I suppose!

Over 10k isn't all that many people in terms of what the park should be able to handle, certainly not 4 coasters with queues in excess of an hour. The park needs more capacity - for Wicker Man to really be a success the park will be counting on there being 20k days to come during summer

I know there’s a theoretical number towers will close the gates at (usually only during fireworks weekends now) because of safety, comfort and the basic service of the place.

I do have to wonder if during a non-school holiday weekend, with no events, if they are genuinely struggling with a 10k attendance due to poor maintenance and throughputs - should they be considering lowering the threshold?

I don’t think the place can cope with much more than a traditionally quiet day.
