Scarefest 2018

Out of interest, is Project 42 the name of the maze, or is it just a codename until a different name is revealed?

A common error, it is not "the meaning" of life, but "the answer to the great question of life, the universe, and everything".
To understand the meaning... you need to know what the question was.

;)
I am brilliant at misquoting things if i don't check first.

They did. And here we are, debating it to this day, still hung up on the answer...

Anyway, something about scare mazes.....

Yes, but there will probably be an age restriction (probably minimum 15 yrs), and pretty much everyone aged 15 or older should be able to ride the drop towers. Just a thought :) I wouldn't take it as confirmation, that's all.
Its pretty clear that there will be no Drop Towers.

I cant work out of they have photoshopped the grass to look green or put some fake grass underneith the hearse.

Also how is that hearse not rusted through, its older than the towers themselves. Maybe we'll get some hearse TLC for 2019.

It's fake grass. Don't think Towers PS department stretch to shadows :p

I find it funny that this is really the only proper bit of theming they have for Halloween and it's there fro all to see in the Summer.

I really like the hearse. Got some pics in front of it. Am quite interested to see what they will do with Wickerman.

Will the NST scaremaze ise the drop towers ? If not have they removed them ? I doubt it as someone would have spotted that

so, I got bored and decided to comb the AT website in search of scarefest info people might have missed, here is what I found...

1 Franklin's Freaky Fun Zone
It seems that Franklin's Freaky Fun Zone has been moved back to its old location by Hex as, on the freaky five page, it says "join them in their colourful Halloween playland next to the Towers."
(GOD! look at that spelling)

2 Freaky Funk Squad

I have noticed some confusion (just online in general) about this so...
"Dr. Victor Henry Stein created a potion/machine that turned the freaky fun characters into their human counterparts;"
yes, it will be Skelvin, Patch, ect, AS humans...just pretend that House of Monsters doesn't do pretty much the exact same thing!

3 Alton Ancestors
in case anyone hasn't seen this yet, "plus appearing near The Towers in the afternoon."

4 The Welcoming
just in case anyone was wondering "Located in Mutiny Bay"

5 Sub-Species
on the Sub-Species page, it says
"A live action scare maze and unlike our other mazes, the creatures WILL touch you."
confirming that this is the only touch maze this year, this also implies that The Welcoming will no longer have the hooded section as, surely, it wouldn't work without touching.

I'm sure you all can see the Th13teen wraith which is a fairly odd inclusion, apart from this, there seems to be a round emblem or symbol on one of the grave stones (the one closest to the girl in the left front seat of the Wickerman train) personally, I think it looks like the 13 logo
images

think it means anything?

Oh, By the way, Last time I went to AT (last Wednesday) I took a peak inside the entrance to House of Monsters and I saw all the props from Venom's torture room piled up opposite the door, Suggesting that they might be getting rid of that scene or changing it.
