Had an awesome time at their Summer event last night with a midnight ride close. Watching the fireworks from Bluefire's queue and riding the coaster in the dark was amazing.

The street entertainment and extras were also of good quality.

I also bumped into Michael Mack and had a photo with him and my son. He was very nice and thanked us for travelling from the UK.

Would def recommend folks for another trip at their next event.

Well a lot of people posted photos of ride entrance boards displaying 1 minute waits yesterday, but I don't know how busy it was at the busiest point. In previous years when the weather has been half decent it has been pretty busy.

I was lucky enough to do the midnight opening in 2013 with my brother, and it was brilliant. The late-night ride we had on Fjord-Rafting with some random Germans was hilarious. :p The funniest thing of all was that we’d just booked to stay in Rust on some random dates in July, and it just so happened that we were in Rust at the same time as the midnight opening! Win-win situation! :D Glad to see you had a good time, and I’d definitely recommend this date to anyone else as well.

You were looking about 25 mins for Bluefire, Wodan was 30, Atlantica was 15-20. Euromir was 15mins the rest of the big rides were 20mins.
Very quiet. Was the weather poor?

Historically, there have been 60-100 minute waits for the biggest rides.

It had scheduled really bad rain throughout the day but it only rained for about 10 mins at 2pm and was dry and warm the rest.

The forecast probably put people off.

I thought the title of this thread was very apt for my mini trip report (Wont be in detail).

So....

We got married at Santa Isabel on 21st July and what a day that was. The wedding had been in the planning for around 18 months and Europa Park did not disappoint.

My wife arrived in the old timer that is normally parked outside Bell rock and we had our ceremony in Jakobs Chapel. Afterwards, the priest had surprised us and we exited the chapel to the sound of bagpipes from a band that happened to be in park that day.

Then, into the old timer for me and what a car that was. The interior is beautiful albeit a bit low. back to bell rock. We were welcomed by lots of food and drink that we had pre ordered and given our own section outside. The bar manager Jurgen approached Jo and said "Welcome Home" which was a lovely touch.

We then had LOADS of photo's with all our guests and Ed and Edda before getting some more arty shots at the top of Colosseo....stunning photographs in fact,

We then had dinner in room Harvard at Bell rock and the wine and beer was flowing throughout the meal. we paid for a drinks package and I can confirm that the park certainly weren't tight when it came to hospitality. We then noticed a bottle of drink and an envelope on the side, inside the envelope was park tickets and a congratulations card.

The final piece of the day was on to Rolands Lodge for some drinks. This was the first time I had been in the bar and was so Intimate and a right giggle, especially when you have it to yourselves. We even managed to go out and see the fireworks.

All in all it was a truly magical experience and the conference team at Europa did an amazing job.

One other side note....we got to visit the Europa Park flower centre a few months ago....what a place that is.

Only downside....I've noticed the service in all the hotel bars have slowed down, took 30 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink!

Rolands lodge is available for booking and would be fab for Europa Street Meets. Top party Europa...Top Party!

Wow that is amazing. Were you on Detchshe Alley at one point near the Mack Bank, we saw a wedding party there but can't remember what date it was.

Glad you had a great wedding, 30 mins for a beer on your wedding day is pretty poor though! Even @Rob might even agree with that!

The 30 minutes was the days surrounding the wedding day! On the wedding day, they couldn't pour enough down our necks!!
