I promise this will be the final question, but I just had a look at the BBC Weather forecast for Blackpool on Tuesday, and it says that there is "light cloud and a light breeze", with highs of 19 degrees. Is anything likely to close or be on reduced capacity in these weather conditions?

I ride the Streak after 9:30 at almost every late night riding event.

Sorry, I just don't agree.

Agreeing to disagree is fine with me.

But I cast my mind back not long ago when we had an ERT on it first thing, the first ride was a complete joke. Even just a few laps layer it was running noticeably better, let along 12 hours later.

Yeah, the first run or two are slower, but that is standard on every single coaster, it's not unique to the Streak :)

PMBO might only run on one train but apart from thst you should be alright.

Been looking for that Wild Mouse ride all day, can't seem to find it

I meant Jamie's grumble from last night.
Not that I don't get amusement from them Jamie, you know I do.
Still keep checking the dust on the mirrors on Icon.

I've been working through boxes and boxes of coaster stuff over the past few weeks (hoping to put some of it online) and came across this from August 1911 - it really sums up the way things worked back then and how things have changed. It's a little tough to read due to the quality, but persevere...
