You know, I've worked out that if we each had a pound for every time Merlin has done sound rather stupid, we'd all be billionaires with enough to buy out the park! 
Sadly if that did happen, we'd all want Merlin to carry on as they do, alas it is a sad situation.

The Alton Towers Dungeon where Magic ended 2007.
In the pre show have a picture taken with a cut out or green screen of John Sunderland and Nick Varney.
You board the boat with the station themed to the black hole station.
The boat goes into the chocolate room but now it’s a grave yard featuring figures from Around the world in 80 days,Toyland tours and Charlie.
Then the inventing room now a room with pieces of Ripsaw,Submission,Sub terra etc.
In the Juicing room it’s now a dungeon with Henry Hound,Peter Rabbit chained up.
The mirror section you hear old ride soundtracks and signs about cut backs and TLC.
You exit the boat ride and enter the tv room where you watch old Alton towers showing how magicial it was.
The lifts show how happy guests are queuing hours for rides then promoting there fast track service with a counter near the exit selling them.

Though they’ve already got the gate down at Galactica, just need to funnel people to the sky ride and then funnel them to the warehouse. With no doubt wall to wall adverts for upgrading the dungeon ticket to a dungeon annual pass
