It's impossible to judge Felch Von Knobgobbler from a POV, so that's out. Monster failed to live up to it's hype. Joris is fun but nothing amazing. Fenix seems OK but I can't see it being award material.
So that leaves me with good old Mir (and if they so much as THINK about doing to Mir what they did to Sat I will personally lead the riot), and I guess Zeus by default? It's got a stonking layout, but when I rode it, it was rough as a stonemason's hands.

Now this is a tough group.
I've been on 4 of these + Raptor at Cedar Point, so Fenix is the only unknown quantity for me and I've done enough mid-scale wing coasters to be fairly confident that this one isn't one of the best rides in the group.
Moving on to Joris, I almost feel guilty voting a GCI this low but I've just never really rated it. It's not a bad ride by any stretch and the dragon is pretty cool (unnecessary water effect that soaks riders on the water side less so), but it's one of the weaker GCIs in Europe - well behind the likes of Wodan and Troy.
Novgorod is a great attraction but a pretty average coaster after the launch. I love the tiny station and pre shows, but once the ride leaves the show building it really doesn't do enough, so it misses out on my vote here
Mir. Yes you counted correctly, the Mir fan boy has only ranked it 3rd in this group. I was tempted to fanboy vote it anyway, but with the strength of competition I genuinely don't believe it deserves to go through. I still absolutely love it though, when facing backwards the final third is completely bonkers.
Onto my choices;
Zeus - one of CCIs finest efforts. Ever since riding this and Megafobia I've held CCIs up as being excellent, whilst most of their other coasters have turned out to not quite live up to those lofty expectations (Boulder Dash excepted, which is incredible). Zeus is a bit tempramental, whilst Mir is only great when facing backwards the ride experience on Zeus is rather more unpredictable, at it's best it's one of the finest coasters around and I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt here.
Finally, Monster. I'm basing this entirely on CP's Raptor, which when first rode in 2013 instantly became my #1 B&M coaster and is still somewhere around my overall top 10 even now. This one doesn't quite look the part with it's lack of proper station and barely-started repaint but the lack of mid course brakes means it's certain to be just as intense as the US version, which can only be a good thing.

Again, I can tick off two thirds of these.
I rode Zeus twice on my only visit so far to Asterix in 2014. It's known for being inconsistent, even more so than Megafobia, and is allegedly great when on form. I don't remember it all that well, other than that on that day it was very much off form. In Cumbria they'd say it was rough as toast. A rough ride isn't necessarily a problem if it has redeeming qualities, but it had a distinct lack of airtime as well as seemingly polygonal wheels. The POV shows that the layout should be good, and perhaps one day I'll get it the way it can be, but if it's like the last time I'll ignore it for the rest of the day and enjoy Oz'Iris instead.
Fenix looks to be a typical wing coaster. I imagine it's probably fun for what it is, but nothing special.
Novgorod is a superb attraction, despite having a layout that doesn't do much. The punchy start with its double whammy of surprises on your first ride can overwhelm your impressions of the run to the vertical lift remarkably well. The return leg in the dark is fun, but again not very substantial. I'm amazed that I like it so much when I think about it like that.
Joris is the 'lots of little hops' type of GCI. It's fun while it lasts, but like John I've never thought it's much good. I far prefer the ones that have bigger, more defined hills and elements.
Monster gets my first vote, despite not having been on it. Walygator is generally poorly regarded, and Monster obviously isn't well presented, but this is a coaster poll and on a purely track and train basis it looks great. The section after the mid course br...um, where the MCBR should be looks almost too fast for the track profiling from on-ride, like my RCT3 attempts at inverts used to.
Working on my basis of judging rides against the competitors in their own group, Mir gets my other vote. Perhaps that sounds a bit odd when I tell you that it's not one of my favourites at EP and I wouldn't tend to do it more than twice a day while I'm there, but I think that's mostly because I find the spiral lift and faffing about around the top of the towers a bit drawn out. When you eventually get to that first drop, the proper ride is very good, coming across as a bit Schwarzkopf with sweeping curves and big dollops of positive force.

In this group I've ridden Mir, Zeus, Fenix, Joris as well as Raptor at Cedar Point (so basically Monster).
I do like Mir but I've got to rule it out straight away. I'm also going to rule out Monster, I cannot deny that this is a great coaster but Raptor just was not for me. I rode Zeus back in 2012 and it can't have been running well as I did not rate it at all, I really want to re-ride it though and give it another chance.
So that leaves 3 and I am going to go for the 2 that I have ridden. Fenix is a brilliant little Wing Coaster and the second best that I have done behind Thunderbird. A Joris is a good fun GCI.

Not ridden Fenix, though assuming it's as good a Wing-Rider as Valkyria is a Dive Machine, then it might have got a vote. However, I do not wish to vote for rides I haven't ridden.
Monster is crap, I didn't like CP's Raptor either, but at least that one has some form of attempted landscaping.
The dreaded Euro Mir could do with a refurb. Plus points for the helix of death.
Ton of Air is a weird one. When I first rode it 8 years ago it was utterly fantastic. My more recent visit it had shown a lot of age and threatened Goudrix for roughest ride on park.
Joris is a wonderfully designed ride, with the jeers and cheers being my personal highlight. Plus the music is fab.
Novogorod being so lowly voted for shows that people need to actually visit Hansa. Hard to believe it opened the same year as Saw and is superior in every way.

I have voted for Joris (ridden) and Zeus (yet to ride but looks fab).
Monster might have gotten my vote but B&M inverts are not generally my thing.
In such a strong group I presume Euro Mir is only competing so well as a consequence of pure fanboyism and having had most riders. Lift hill / music aside it is actively bad.

This is incredibly close to call... I Can't believe how close it actually is.
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE Joris, but how it is leading this group I do not know... Well I do, it's because it's the best coaster at the second most popular park in this round! But, it absolutely shouldn't be in the lead, not in my humble opinion anyway.
I am firmly up there with our good old reliable source @John on this one. I has to be Monster and Zeus, two of the most stunning coasters in Europe in my eyes, both almost completely devoid of theming, but absolute force-fests from begining to end!
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE Joris, but how it is leading this group I do not know... Well I do, it's because it's the best coaster at the second most popular park in this round! But, it absolutely shouldn't be in the lead, not in my humble opinion anyway.

Forgot to vote in the last rounds but seeing Zeus' plight here, I wanted to show it some love!
I haven't been on Fenix, but wing riders really aren't my thing. Out of the rest, as much as I love Fluch, my vote has to go to Monster. Probably my favourite B&M invert layout.
