In fairness to Towers, that doesn't say the ride is getting TLC but that it's out of action due to TLC being done across the park so I don't think there is any misleading going on.

The fact that they have a photo of the former ride along with the name listed on the website when they know the thing probably won’t run ever again is intentionally misleading.

It’s nearly as laughable as the Loggers Leap saga...
 
This is the third season of the ride being closed, but it is still on the website of the park.
That is misleading.
It should not be on the website at all if it is not going to be open this season.
It simply stinks of rip off, especially when there is an obvious shortage of flats and kids rides across the park.
Pull the flipping page from the site...it is more than a little bit misleading, it is downright naughty.
 
We all know the TLC was a load of rubbish when it happened.

Charlie and Wobble world we’re both listed as TLC, it’s taken years for anything to happen to Charlie and wobble world is now just a seasonal maze.

I’m still surprised they are pretending toadstool is under TLC and will be back soon.

If they were watching then they’d either re-open/re-theme Sub Terra or remove it entirely from the park rather than leaving an abandoned eye sore sat there for no reason...
