Does anyone know if the bring a friend for £15 tickets can be collected on the same day/at the same time as the actual Season Pass?
Thanks.

If they are willing to wait and you go in get pass and go out and get the £15 ticket you probably could do it that way.

Yes you can do that. They will print a temporary ticket for the pass holder and the bring and friend tickets at the collection windows.

Then go to the Box Office in the day to sort the season pass out.

Thanks AT86. I collected my pass at the collection windows last year, but we'll wait and see. :)

Hey guys, I was just wondering. I seem to remember last year they had a thing in the Box Office where you could upgrade a day ticket to come back the next day for like £10.

Is this still a thing? And if so, can it be done if you use one of the half price deals to get in? We want to visit for 2 consecutive days in June and are just wondering what the cheapest way to do so will be.

They have stopped bounce back tickets now. Probably be best to get standard season passes £56 each, or 2 day tickets online in advance.

Nope, Towers2 was axed a while back now. If you're having 2 days on park, it's worth just getting an Alton Towers Season Pass, as it works out the same as using BOGOFs. :)

Can take a while for the later dates.
We requested early dates, and I'm pleased to say we are going on Tuesday.
Got the tickets about two weeks ago.
They usually come with around a month's notice at least, but obviously process the early dates first.
Ours have never failed to turn up, used the offer since it started.

Has anyone got the sun Alton Towers tickets yet?
I applied online and selected the 16th June but since then I had no email or tickets send to me.

If you did it online you should have got an email with the tickets in. Mine went to my junk folder though. The sender will be “the sun superdays Alton Towers resort tickets.”

If they have taken your money, im pretty sure that means you will get tickets.
Once we got tickets for a couple of weeks later, saying all our five picks were allocated.

Would a visit to the park be a no go on this Bank Holiday Monday - assume they are always very busy? Got a first timer with me who is still at school so makes it difficult to go on the quieter days. Could possibly do this Saturday but assume busy as well? Cheers

Bank holidays can be a bit hit and miss these days. They were really busy last year but, then again, it was very busy most days! Given the choice, I would certainly go on the Monday rather than Saturday - chances are it will be a bit quieter. As others have previously said, it can be quieter on bank holidays just because people expect it to be packed.
