Do NOT give Merlin ideas... pre-cooked chicken that does not need reheating - just think what that would add to the bottom-line for the accountants in Poole?!
 
Nemesis was up and down all day. It was evacuated from the top around 2ish and was closed for around 30 minutes before reopening again
 
Just a thought I can't understand why Merlin will not do anything with the theatre building in Cloud Cuckoo Land. We all know Merlin only open something when they can make money. Why can't they turn it into a PortAventura style bar with performances, but you have to buy something to watch the show like a drink or some snacks. They could only open it up in the summer holidays - it would allow them to make some money or break even with it while giving guests something else to do and improving guest experiences.

A few reasons why Merlin won't do anything with the theatre building...
1. It would cost money
2. It's in an area of the park most guests don't walk through, so sssh, they may never notice it's closed
3. Improve the guest experience is not normally an item on the Merlin agenda for their RTP's

As an aside, you can guarantee that any entertainment would be lacklustre (like the hotel evening "entertainment"). Do I really want to sit down and enjoy* that entertainment on-park whilst eating some of Merlin's high quality** food?

* - for "enjoy", read "endure"
** - see the separate thread about the poor state of the food & beverage offering at Towers / Merlin parks

It would be a nice idea. But with the current opening times I can just about get around all the rides. Let alone stopping and enjoying a show.
