Paultons Park: General Discussion

You know what I like, the fact that the teasers and silhouettes have actually representative of what’s going to be delivered. All the silhouettes of rides we saw a few months ago (and questioned) are actually going to happen. It’s carefully thought through marketing, that also delivers.

Plus, an excellent and diverse investment from a park that has possibly the most exciting future in the UK.

Bravo Paulton’s.

Although I am a little disappointed that it's "just" a clone of Sierra Sidewinder (I think the other standard model looks better) - this is still nice news.

One thing I would say, though - with all of these themed areas... isn't it high time they themed Cobra?

Completely agree, It and Edge are the only coasters in the park without a theme. Maybe theme both of them simillarly as they're right next to each other?

As others have said, I wouldn't be surprised if that part of the park with Cobra and Edge isn't next on their list - especially when they have plenty of land there for some really good development opportunities.

No please anything but that. I think the Mack family's greatest achievement is actually to have managed to convince almost every mid-sized theme park in Europe to invest in such a dull, unnecessarily wet attraction.
Mack aren't the only manufacturer of that type of ride. ;)

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe that they agreed not to build anything more on that land after the "let's build a huge Rollercoaster without planning permission" debacle as a kind of settlement instead of having to dismantle Cobra.

Came back last week from here and the park was looking in good shape. Pepper Pig land with the 2 new additions was rammed all the time and its a good size now.

Rest of the park was clean and prices for food and drink were reasonable.

The area of TS doesnt look as big as i expected it to be but It will fit in well with the area once complete. Just ground works and building works at present, a few footers have been laid though
