I'm sure it must have been reported elsewhere but there was a massive sale of gazprom merch when I was there in December, I did think the sponsorship might be ending.

Gazprom actually worked as a sponsor though as it made sense to the story and the pre launch. Surely it must be another energy company taking it over?

I think a new sponsor is likely, although I’d much prefer an actual theme to be present in the queue line. Blue Fire and Silver Star’s queues are by far the worst part of Europa for me. They just don’t meet the usually very high standards set by the Macks.

Maybe they could be getting in a greener energy company to sponsor it, what with all the talk about renewables and the climate crisis?

I agree, if they pick a mainstream energy company then they will get lots of criticism regardless of how much 'green washing' the energy company tries.

Let’s face it, the theme is pretty loose. Those pipes and wires in the indoor section are the only real themeing and they could be rethemed to anything. The rest of the surroundings are all pretty much generic.

I really loved the coke freestyle at Thorpe when I went on a hot day, it’s much better than towers as not only do you get all the flavours, there’s loads of still options if you don’t fancy fizzy options.

Will be interesting if it’s unlimited refills all day, or just pay per refill. Will be good for those hot summer days.

New for 2020: Blue Fire - powered by Huawei.
I mean, once they are in bed with one lot of communists, they may as well start BLEEPing the rest of the red world, right?

Maybe they could be getting in a greener energy company to sponsor it, what with all the talk about renewables and the climate crisis?
Error 404: "green" energy source not found.

When I used them they never worked, there were always half of the flavours not working. They're good if they're maintained, if not it you get a lot of annoyed guests. From what I've read in some Rulantica reviews their ones have been the same so they could do with getting it sorted before they roll them out across the park.

What do you mean, out of interest? There are plenty of green energy sources they could promote; wind turbines, solar panels, tidal barrages and more! The opportunities are endless, and it would really help promote a greener future!

Of course. But those sources don't make enough money. :(
I think they could be making money in the years ahead; with the world aiming to go green, people are starting to cotton onto the idea of greener energy sources!

But I suppose this is drifting off the topic of Europa 2020 somewhat...

Don't get too excited, It's only a small hut, nothing on the scale of the Hoover Dam.
