Yes, and many megachurch-running septic morons have insisted on running their church services, saying they're essential.

My mum is a Methodist church goer. The minister closed the church and gave a time on sunday morning that they can pray together from their own homes.

The minister phones around the congregation weekly to speak to them and to allow them if they want to pray with her.

At least it is a better way of doing it than keeping the church building used for vanity sake.

The churches in our circuit closed several weeks ago. What our circuit is doing is uploading a short service to YouTube each week, with contributions from the ministers and other people within the circuit. This afternoon, Mum and I recorded a couple of songs to be included in the services over the next week, with it being Holy Week. Individual churches are doing things their own way, which in circumstances like this is completely fine. Members are also being encouraged to stay in contact with each other, and I'm sure many will help each other if at all possible and permissible under the rules. It's strange, but it's working so far.

Are The Sun making up stories again? Any primary sourced evidence for this claim?

The last thing we need now is more conspiracy mumbo-jumbo, just look at 5G

Its been in other news sources today as well. America for example remains highly sceptical of where this virus originated.

https://metro.co.uk/2020/04/05/ministers-fear-coronavirus-might-leaked-lab-12510711/

However, the primary source is mail on Sunday and an 'insider' within Cobra. Who knows, let's see how it plays out.

But the question is; why on earth would China want to make a lethal virus that kills many people, with the aftershock of its spread potentially causing bad economic effects on both China and the rest of the developed world?

I thought it was known knowledge that it had transferred from bat to human, and many presumed that the disease originated from a wet market in Wuhan?

It's certainly an interesting hypothesis, and I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'm personally still sticking to the wet market theory myself, but I guess the Cobra insider could know something we don't. I'm mystified as to why China would want to make this virus, though...

Who knows. However you have to admit it is very suspicious it originated just 200 yards from the lab. As with any thing like this, the original aim may not have been to release a virus, but they do play about with them usually with the aim of research and vaccines. If you recall China sent a senior military official to the lab not long after the outbreak.

We don't know yet, maybe never will, but with Australia now also getting restless towards the Communist state, I'm sure lots of countries will be demanding answers once this is over.........

There are these experimental virus labs in every country.
Secret experiments designing designer virus to make into chemical weapons

It’s just China for a second time buggered up and let it out.

I just don't find these theories are particularly relevant or helpful at a time of national emergency. They achieve nothing except spread more misinformation, anger and anxiety. There will be plenty of time after for this kind of thing if people are interested.

In more worrying news tonight, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been admitted to hospital. However we're told it's a "precautionary measure" and for "routine tests".

Pets and animals carry other types of Coronavirus
According to the cdc nothing to worry about
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html#covid19-animals

"Pets have other types of coronaviruses that can make them sick, like canine and feline coronaviruses. These other coronaviruses cannot infect people and are not related to the current COVID-19 outbreak."

But this report suggests big cats have got covid-19. If it can transfer between cats and humans that could be quite a big issue!

Yeh but... how reliable is a tweet from some writer at the National Geographic? Not exactly the most reliable of sources...

You know who gave the tigers covid 19? Carole Baskin!

If it turns out to be true we may have to cull all the little snowball's, felix's and tigger's. Can't have them not social distancing and spreading the Corona from street to street and house to house.

Italy is now discussing coming out of lockdown in the next few weeks. Initial proposals sound like they will keep the social distancing in place when people are out , and are looking at requiring the wearing of face masks. This will be until a vaccine or treatment is found.
