Current rules are only for wearing masks on the listed rides. Elsewhere I would assume regular 2m social distancing, or whatever is the recommendation at that time, will be sufficient.
Other Merlin parks are 'strongly recommending' wearing masks for the rest of the day (not that most will...). I'd be surprised if Towers don't, but tbf I can't find any mention of it.

That's exactly what I expect.
I fully expect not to find out what rides im allowed on until I'm at the station of the ride and being refused.

Well that's not great of towers for the lack of info is it. Typical. Well I won't risk queueing up for it then as I'll be very annoyed if they say I can't ride after a long queue

They are recommending it to people asking.

Update: I checked the capacity numbers for the passholder package.
06-10: 800
12-18: 1200
19-31: 2000

So it's starting small then ramping up capacity with a maximum if I remember day ticket numbers correctly of 6500+hotel and other non pass prebooks.

On the subject of facemasks, many of the American and European parks are saying the wearing of them is compulsory, so if guests can manage it in those heats then it's not really out of the question over here. However I don't think it will happen because the rules on facemasks aren't as strict in this country.

Even on public transport where it's mandatory outside being young, old or disabled (or the driver) There's no enforcement so it's practically not mandatory.
We all know how good merlin security are at actually doing their jobs so there's no point in Making it mandatory.

Towers security are useless - unless there is a report of someone shoplifting (so the park is losing money) or a staff member parking with an expired parking permit - they swing into action then.

As to general guest misbehaviour, be it not wearing a mask, queue-jumping, antisocial behaviour etc etc... do what you want. In "normal times" you stand next to zero chance of being ejected from the park due to it's remote location. In "current times" you probably actually have zero chance of ejection now as this would require them being well within 1m of you.

At least towers security didn't let a suspected bomber into the park, they are better in that aspect.

So what would you say the capacity is overall?

So probs around 8,000. Not bad that could get on quite a few rides at that
It depends how capacity is affected by social distancing and planned ride closures. You could end up getting on less rides than you would have done had there have been double the number of people in the park pre-Covid.

The implementation of RAP will make a huge difference too.

True, I'm just hoping operations aren't too slow and people are able to get on enough so that it's worth the visit
