Also during current circumstances does anyone know, with all queues fully open, how long you'd wait from the entrance for all the big 7. I know from the entrance the smiler is 60 and wicker man is 50. Not sure about others though

Enterprise has been closed for a few days and now seems to have been removed from the queue times section of the app - suggesting they expect it to be closed for a while perhaps?

Not great given the lack of flats and much needed capacity at the moment.
For anyone visiting with young kids, seems like Octonauts is in the same position at the moment.

Dunno if anyone has an ear in the industry, but how is getting spares at the moment? I imagine this is Towers lacking staff really but be interesting if they can't get parts.

On a logistics pov companies such as ups are seeing volumes rivalling the traditional peak season (Xmas and co) so that could be problematic.

I don't think that will help much unless the Skyride also opens at 10am.

Battle Galleons is one of the first rides you get to when entering the park, don’t need the skyride for that?

Remember hotel guests are all entering via FV too so having Duel open is good for families who will be on that side of the park.

Opening skyride so late is poor though, it shouldn’t be opening at 12, coronavirus or not.

My thoughts were that too many people are going to Mutiny Bay or X sector first leaving Forbidden Valley and Dark Forest virtually empty at the start. Having the Skyride open at 10 would balance that.

Visiting on Saturday - with the restrictions in place what's the best order to do the coasters at the moment? I'd usually do Forbidden Valley first but thinking maybe Dark Forest would be a smarter move.

Saturday's seem to be a bit chaotic at the moment so hopefully it's not too bad.

Does anyone have a telephone number for alton towers?

I've tried the main one on Google and this number has now changed. Once I called thr new changed number this is now saying not in service?

I have also tried to call the main local number to both the park and the hotel and all I get is a recorded message saying we are busy taking calls and can't answer please call back later.

Its been like this now for 24 hours and I've called at different times of the day. I just want to call the hotel/customer services to check availability for fireworks on the last day of the season with my AP discount?

X Sector's always the busiest place in the morning then it's Wicker Man. Forbidden valley just is empty usually so I usually rush up to there to get rides on Nemesis and Galactica done!

You can book with pass discount here, no need to call them :)

Those prices are still crazy. I love staying in Alton Towers Hotel, especially for fireworks weekend as it is so convenient. But £175 even with pass discount doesn't feel good value.
