Picsolve ORPs - New Pass?!

OK,
So I got a Photopass in the park the other day and used up all 5 vouchers. I was obviously given the receipts with the digital download code for it. That night I attempted to receive the photos digitally, but it didn't work.
I tried again the next evening once it had been 24 hours, yet it still didn't work. I was so confused. I contacted the Towers via Twitter. They told me that Picsolve had started a trial of a new pass that is £5 more expensive, and it included digital downloads.
I was not told about this, and if I was told I would've gotten this new pass thingy.

Did anyone else know about this? I am pretty browned off to be honest.

Email them, I got a response when they manually pulled my photographs from the server after it didn't upload them correctly and gave an error (see Picsolve thread).

Contact picsolve directly as they will be able to inform you in more detail than Alton Towers can.

Must say I've not heard of that but it doesn't surprise me as Picsolve love trialling lots of different new things that normally don't last long. I bought a photo using a photopass the other week and was told I would be able to digitally download the photo. I've not tired to do this yet, but if I can find the receipt with the code on then I'll give it a go.

:)

I have e-mailed them, this is what it said:
"Hello,
The situation stands that I visited Alton Towers Resort on Friday the 26th of October 2012. I bought a PhotoPass, and used all 5 tokens on said voucher. I kept all receipts that I received, and when I arrived home, I attempted to receive my digital downloads of the 5 photographs via the website provided and the code for each individual photo.
It did not work, so I gave it a second try the next evening, ans by then it had been over 24 hours, although it still gave me the message that I had incorrectly entered the codes.
I contacted the Alton Towers Resort via Twitter to try and get help, and they informed me that you had started a pass that included digital downloads. I wasn't made aware of the situation, and therefore purchased the PhotoPass.
I am just wondering if there is any way I would be able to receive my digital downloads.

Regards,
Bethany Hawken"

This was after they had asked me to e-mail them with the situation.

This week they've been showing "Digital Photopass, only £5 extra" on their screens, with no rotation. So I imagine they have changed it somewhat.

This is how it stands- at Thorpe Park you get a digital photo free. At Alton Towers it's £2 on top of every photo or £5 on top of the photo pass.
