Disabled riders will just move a little further forward. There’s no law that means they have to sit at the very rear of the train, just that makes things a little easier in terms of evacuating should issues occur. Likewise with the larger seats, they’ll just move to a different location, so not a huge deal on both counts.

Depends if said disabled riders would like to experience the spinning element.

Granted that's entirely dependent on how they decide to operate it.

I would hope it will have a separate queue as you won't be the only one who won't want to try the spinning seats. Where it will fit is the question though!

Sounds like we could (in theory) end up with six queue lines for this ride: Main queue, Main queue (spinning seats), Speedy Pass, Speedy Pass (spinning seats), EasyPass disabled, EasyPass disabled (spinning seats).

Madness.
 
I have heard it suggested that Enso may be an upcharge, and also that it might only be available to Speedy Pass users.

Yeah with only two seats per train the wait time will be pretty long.
