It's the only reason they've extended the opening to 2025.

Some top level executive will have sat there and said:

"You know what lads? Just to make sure the topic about us on TowersStreet (where they're all laughing at our decade long conveyor belt of press releases and concept art designed by intern graphic artists with no actual knowledge of ride manufacturers) makes it to 100 pages, let's do another cheeky opening year extension".

The boardroom will have erupted with cheers, and champagne glasses clinking full of Don Perignon, funded by first time investors drumming their fingers on a desk, wondering if they will ever get a return of their investment.

That's a classic example of the problem with concept art. A waterfall of Lava looks cool but there's no way to practically re-create that as an effect. Even Disney's best attempt only works in the dark:
