Re: Quick Questions 2013

I don't think so as a badge is basically equal to a 2 for 1 voucher isn't it? IE pay on the day.

Re: Quick Questions 2013

With regards to the parking charge. If l leave the park and come back later would I need to pay another £6? Or does the £6 last the whole day?

You pay at the end of the day.
So should be fine but have fun finding a space..

You would have to pay twice as the barriers are down all day.

Does anyone know if Bue Peter badge holders get ERT with their free entry? :*
I own a badge (well...4) and its onlyfree with one full paying adul,so equivalent as 2 for 1. There's no ert either.
However, when visiting before the staff have let my family in as
2 badge holders (me and brother)
2 adults using buy one get one free
Making it cost £40ish for all four of us, so I'd try it, because you might just get lucky!!

Not when I did it.
I left at 12 and I just waltzed through the open barriers

Re: Quick Questions 2013

I usually find leaving any time after 1ish the barriers will be down until a couple of hours after ride close, but it seems to behit and miss.

Re: Quick Questions 2013

Have they got the barriers scanning car parking tickets/annual passes as per Thorpe yet?

No they are the old system where you insert your paper ticket into them. If you have an annual pass the person stood there has to open the barrier.

However I have heard they are set to have new barriers and entry turnstyles next season, so that might all change!

Thanks, I haven't been this year yet. The new barriers seem to have been in the pipeline for about two years now!

Re: Quick Questions 2013

Does anyone know if Alton Towers charges you to change the dates of your stay in one of the hotels? If they do charge, how much?

Could do with an answer asap if anyone can help.

Re: Quick Questions 2013

On park yesterday I saw some builders doing something on top of some shipping containers just left and behind Goalstriker behind the fence where the basketball game is, am I safe to assume they're building COS?

Re: Quick Questions 2013

Just got the new updated Alton Towers app and noticed there is a 20% off fastrack code in the offers section. Just wondered if anyone has used this yet to see if its legit? Was planning on buying 2 Smiler fastracks using it.

Re: Quick Questions 2013

Anyone know what time the After rides bus to Stoke Station is during scarefest (if there is a bus)?

Re: Quick Questions 2013

There's no towers run buses to stoke station after ride close during scarefest (Well, there are but employee only).

There's a first bus running to hanley though, I believe it's something stupidly late. Worth phoning them to find out (or looking at the timetable).
