I asked about ERT for MAP holders and got a reply instantly then when I questioned why Day ticket purchases were allowed in early they never replied !

Is ERT time just a free for all, no organisation at Entrance Plaza,MAP holders turnstiles are the smallest taking longer to get in than day ticket purchases who shouldn’t go in till 10 ?

In my opinion it isn't the frequency that I visit the park that has dampened the magic, I've had MAP for my family for the past 4 years and always came away from the park having a good day, full of great memories looking forward to the next visit. Saturday morning and the excitement was there...

you contradict yourself saying going the park multiple times is why the magic isn't there but go on to say you visit once a season and you feel the magic for 20 minutes while the fireworks are on!

Just a quick heads up to give you an idea in the Burger kitchen all tills seemed to be staffed and there were queues from each till to outside the doors at about 12.30 and they weren't moving at all! Hence why we went to Fried chicken and waited about half an hour!

Went scream park last year and was very disappointed :( if they need a benchmark then Farmaggedon at Ormskirk is where it's at ! Absolutely superb !
