I still miss the mural in the car park monorail station. Walking in as a kid and seeing that filled me with such excitement. Since it's been gone, every time I've walked by the wall I've practically snarled at it.
Cbeebies Land hurts my soul a little every time I see it. Maybe because Storybook Land and the Old Maccy's Farm was my childhood (rip singing barn). It was one of the few places in the park that still felt a little magical to me and now it's infested with yellow blobs.

A while ago I was talking about my horrible first driving lesson and how I never wanted to drive again.
I'm happy to say I've given it another go with a different instructor and I really enjoyed it (although I was still so nervous throughout). Still in a manual too. :) Proud of my little self.
I never loved the ride to start with and it never felt the safest to me (I always feel iffy on vertical lift hills anyway) so nah, I'd have a lot more fun on the other rides and not bothering with The Smiler as usual.
I really can't believe we have such horror in this world. I've barley been able to speak since hearing of everything.

As someone who isn't bothered with the mazes, I have to say the atmosphere was great walking around when it was getting dark and Towers Street looked fab.
Queues were very minimal, never really seen the place so quiet. Biggest queue was about 15 mins but mostly...
Thanks guys. Just wanted make sure we could navigate the park when it gets darker without her getting freaked out. We'll look to avoid Dark Forest then later in the day.
Going on Friday :) Has scarefest been relatively quiet so far does anyone know? I'm the only one going on rides so short queues will keep my family (and me) happy.
