Wish they'd sort the lighting out around the portal. It looked way more impressive (especially at night) because the lights were synced up with the train going through it.

Is anyone else finding that ride times across the resort are super unreliable nowadays? We got in the Smiler queue yesterday and it had a 100 minute time posted. It actually took almost 3 hours for us to get on. Same issue with Wickerman, it said 60 minutes but in reality it was almost 2 hours...
The VR was okay when it was first implemented and you were lucky enough to get on a ride where it was working properly (quite rare). Unfortunately, since the new headsets were fitted I've only ridden it with the VR twice out of the many times I've visited this year and each time it hasn't been...
I don't think that's the case as the lift hill has always been able to slow down for when the train in front hasn't cleared the next block. I don't think they're syncing vr with the lift hill, it'd be very inefficient.

Does the smiler have a new train? They were running an empty one all day and it looked new, didn't get to catch the number of it though.

How haven't they sorted out The Smiler's optical room yet?! I was on park today and It's an utter mess. No projectors working with only one on displaying a BIOS error!
The park was extremely quiet. The longest we waited all day was around 15 minutes for Nemesis as it was on one train. Even The...
So tempted to run around with my phone turning the projectors off and on as my phone has an IR blaster [emoji1] do their job for them

Three trains at the moment.
Here is the screen working outside the correction room, as I promised ;)
Projections are on but they've got the lights on too
the TV outside is working now though with an edited video so i don't think this is permanent. they wouldn't have gone through the hassle of editing the video or the audio that plays inside the room if they were going to kill the pre-show off entirely.
The TV was switched on when I went two weeks ago. It was displaying an edited version of what it used to play minus any mention of correction or the side effects that used to scroll on the bottom of the screen. Not sure why the projections have been turned off as they were turned on at the start...
