Whats unfortunate is how many people believe the papers, especially the desperate papers. Plus how papers will literally destroy a company/product/franchise just to profit & benefit themselves.

@AndrewH that's what I'm trying to get at:banghead: Doesn't matter where it stalls or where the other train is in retaliation to it. Everybody focus will be on the stalled train which will inveterately cause mass panic & create more media fuel which would damage if not ruin the ride.

I disagree with it being unpopular for a long time afterwards but @Tom is spot on with the rest of what he's saying. For a train to stall anywhere on the track would cause mass panic for the people on the trains & create a prime opportunity for the media to cause even more lasting damage.

Couldn't agree more @Tom, granted the accident is even more unlikely to now than ever before but I personally think a stalled train with people on would cause so much panic that it would do just as much damage as the initial accident.
