Got to love term time days for lack of queues but sometimes I notice you don't get all the full works like smoke effects on oblivion. I feel like there has to be some sort of middle ground when it comes to picking days when you get all of the effects but less queues then peak time.

I always wonder how valuable these kind of items will be in the future. I know in theory you shouldn't just buy something based on what you think its future value will be but £100 for a bolt on some wood feels like a big investment for what it is. Having EV charges on the park makes sense to me. Although I thought that there was already a destination charger on site I remember looking at a map and seeing one listed at Alton Towers did that never get actually implemented until now or am I just mis remembering?

Is there any Alton towers "slow TV" out there? I would love to see someone exploring the park for a few hours preferably on a quiet sunny day just something I could stick on in the background.

ah i didn't realise it was a heritage line. In that case the best thing for the park would be more busses maybe even doing there own as they will now be open latter then the normal busses run.

I imagine there would be opposition to the line opening again due to the loss of the foot/cycle path to the public. But we are seeing small rural stations opening again such as Okehampton in Devon which has been a success so its possible.

A £10 for parking is outrageous. It will be interesting to see if the buses start running latter with the new longer opening times in summer.
