I wonder if there's lights going through those tubes, similar to the ones on the exit side of the Hex chamber, that sync up to the sound effects?

Went during off-peak last year and a LOT of the park was on staggered openings. Anubis and RtH both opened in the early afternoon. I imagine it's different when it's a bit busier and once everything was open I don't remember a lot of reliability issues, other than RtH being down for a little while.

Having visited the park for the first time this season over the weekend, I think the best way to summarise the changes in FV, are pre-2024 the area felt abandoned (in a good way), like something had happened recently and you're in the aftermath. The new Valley very much feels to me like an area...

I really enjoyed the new place in Forbidden Valley today tbf, was fairly expensive but you get a decent amount, it was actually nice and quite well presented (before I dropped the box on its side as I was sitting down... you can sort of see how it looked before 😁)

It wasn't great today. Think in the end we managed Nemesis x3, Curse once and Wicker Man once. Even Curse had a long stretch with no effects and we stopped twice. Just had 2 days on park, did each maze twice. First time our slot started at 5.30, second day 2pm. Here's my review of Scarefest, bearing in mind last year was the first year I did a scare maze. Ride availability was a bit of a mess but I'll save that for the general discussion thread...

It'll probably either be because of the weird rules around what qualifies as 'indoors', or just because there might not be a way out before the tiger enclosure.
