Another interview from Bianca, and I think this one is the best so far, very chilled and not corporate at all. No new information about future projects (as expected) but a few little titbits of nerdy info:
They sold 13 WEEKS worth of merch in the Nemesis shop on opening day
The first Scarefest...
And I wonder how many of the enthusiasts/vloggers who ripped Towers apart over having a similar "non-themed" fence for Nemesis will say this fence is "awesome and fits the theme style perfectly"?
Maybe it's because of the amount of walking involved and the number of people on each train? 24 vs 4 in high winds and with Spinball you're off the car and down the stairs. Wickerman you'd have to walk the length of the lift hill before you're out of the wind.
All three will be the safety of any evacs because like you say, all the lift hills and platforms are high up and very exposed. Last thing you want is a sudden gust of wind knocking a guest over as they are walking along the top of Oblivion (even if they are harnessed to the railings!). Out of...
It does look a bit odd, but to be honest based on the queue yesterday no-body was taking any notice of them and were either looking at the coaster or on their phones!
I've just got home from the park today too, and there genuinely has been some new theming added. Not the best, but maybe a work in progress. There is some some similar objects in the same pen as the yellow oil drums but I never got a picture of them. In the first pic, you can just make out a...
Coaster Rob has done a video about what could happen if Ripsaw did make a return. The image he has created is really good and if it did come back, I wouldn't be disappointed if it looked like that!

Yes I don't see why not, after all, there are instances where one parent will go to the park with 2 kids. I don't think its as strict as say, swimming pools where there is a ratio of 1:1 in some cases.
Quickly followed by an evac! Credit to the staff in the clip, they were excellent in making sure everyone was ok.

Yes but while the overall weather there may be better than what was forecast, its also the gusts that will close rides when the overall windspeed is lower. Look at this - every hour lists gusts in excess of 33mph which is pretty much on the limit for The Smiler and Oblivion to close:
It is and it isn't in my mind. If Reborn was just a like for like replacement and nothing new added theming-wise then yes, they would be missed. But with everything else added and going on in the area, I personally don't really miss them. Yes, it would be awesome if they came back but if they...
If Universal build their park here it'll be interesting to see what they'll charge. And if it is in this extortionate range, I wonder if Merlin and other operators would follow suit?
I'm not getting my hopes up because on the Sunday of opening weekend, the blue pipes we've seen on the ground and the valve near the queue fence was pumping water out of the pit and it was running out onto the carpark. This was because it had rained heavily overnight. So I wouldn't be...
