I personally don't like water coasters that much, I can't exactly pin down why, they just don't excite me as much as more conventional coasters do. I would be fairly disappointed if SW9 turned out to be a water coaster, as i just don't see the point of having one in the UK, where 90% of the year...

When I was there on Wednesday, I was near the front of the queue in the station when the first breakdown happened. It did seem to be the restraints that was causing the issue. I also saw a member of staff open someones restraint by sticking a yellow metal pole like object under the train, then...

According to the resort app Wicker Man is now open, with only 15 minutes to spare before queues close. EDIT: Aaand its back to being unavailable again the moment I posted that!

I'm heading to Towers on Wednesday for the first time this season, what would people advise is the best time in the day to ride Wicker Man when the queue is shortest? It's not looking good for them is it. Should expect a wave of angry complaints on their social media tonight unless they get rides up and running soon. Are the coasters closed purely due to weather? Couldn't imagine there's much snow sticking, maybe its the temperature?
