The ministry of magic ride is heavily rumoured to feature an undated version of the spiderman/transformers ride system however this time will be able to rise up and down as well as all the other motions. The cars won’t look like Spider-Man’s/transformeds and will look like the lifts they travel...
The new coaster won’t be opening until late may realistically, maybe even later. There is still lots of work to be done, from testing to finishing construction of station and other theming elements etc.
The new area I expected would always open at start of season as it contains a good number...
I also thought it was not the entire layout that was the issue but was the final turn that is outside the area where they should have had permission to build a coaster/ride.
as above Raik and Taron only two with single rider. I went for first time mid August last year and was fine queue wise, while was fairly busy still managed to ride everything multiple times over the two days.
As far as am aware shockwave is only getting one new train, it should be much quicker to load though, Capacity is no where near an issue at Drayton as it is at chessington.
using the train from Basel is also really easy, the bus runs every 20 mins from straight outside the airport to the enterance of the train station, then you can get the train with one change to the Europa park station and then the short shuttle bus to the park. Great option if no one wants to drive,
The other potentially option is which would be better for through put is once it arrives at the launch track it launches backwards around what is expected to be the backwards section and rolls up the lift hill and then rolls back down the way it came (acting like a boomerang spike) traveling...
Yes I read they are reusing some of the old ones and I believe the 12 or so new ones are the new technically advanced animatronics for the main characters in the ride. The final part in area before final lift and the lift is meant to be good from what heard and will use a lot of different...
Disney have just announced that Tianas Bayou Adventure will be opening at WDW this summer (Disneyland cal later in 2024). Originally slated for a late 2024 debut, this must be one of the first times Disney has been ahead of schedule and opened a ride earlier than original planned.
Pleased it...
The video on this link shows a huge explosion in the slide tower. Really hoping they manage to contain to the water park only and it does not spread to the hotel.

i also think the controlled spin will be a likely option, as mentioned it wouldn’t spin during the ride like a teacional spinning coaster. But could spin the trains round to face different directions. Intamin already offer and have built coasters with controlled spinning trains. Would also...
To manage capacity current rumours suggest that when opens the park will not be included for any annual passes, or multi day tickets (ie uk unlimited 14 day tickets) and will have to purchase separate date specific ticket 1 day tickets for the first year. Also they won’t have any express access...
I would think based on where construction is currently that will be aiming for May half term at the end of may. I would still expect it to be announced soon though they will want to push hotel and park bookings for the peak summer period. Announcing it before feb half term would be good so they...
although I could be wrong, I doubt they will use the old name, I believe this is their biggest ever ride investment and would think they wouldn't want to reuse an old ride name.
It is looking like it will be a great family thrill coaster, certainly more so than I would have predicted a few...
Having seen a clip of construction from this week my theory of the layout the other day is not correct as the lift hill following the transfer looks like it will be a normal lift hill (the supports level off at the top) and not a spike like on a boomerang coaster. What appears to be possibly be...
From looking at those shots I think after departing the station it will pass the transfer and go up the lift much like a boomerang it will drop down the lift backwards (or forwards if it is a spinning coaster), travel around to the back of the site, where there will be the launch up into the...
