I actually thought she was the only person in the documentary that didn't come across well. In my opinion she seemed to come across very bossy and condescending towards the team, not what I would expect of a manager at Alton Towers. Also thought she was quite rude to the guests and seemed very...
I visited over 20 UK scare events last year and it's safe to say Fright Nights was by far the worst, I'm quite frankly amazed some of their attractions got signed off by their marketing team - quantity over quality.
Considering their marketing suggesting a re-imagining of Fright Nights, I'm...
Even if the park did find the budgets to bring their opening hours to an acceptable level, the post Smiler Incident job losses mean the park management teams have been stripped back to its bare bones. The 'frontline' managers are on a limited number of contracted hours to leave their salaries as...

Blackpool Pleasure Beach have released a video of SkyForce testing. Strange decision to post a video with no-one in the ride cars, as such the general reaction on their Facebook is it looks boring!
I've witnessed numerous times where other guests have wrapped phones/watches/valuables in their jackets prior to entering baggage stores. The hosts don't have a clue if people have wrapped valuables in their jacket, and such can easily fall out whilst they are being placed in the store. Not...
Mostly all the permanent lights on Nemesis (bar the entrance tower) were filtered red in 2012, just seemed most of it was overpowered by the generators. The dispatch and bay lights in the station were changed to red bulbs and half of the main lamps were turned off, making it quite dark.
Considering on Monday the most popular fastrack options had sold out, there was very minimal fastrack queues when compared to last year. It's clear the quotas have dropped significantly and they ARE attempting to manage fastrack better.
