I have used Fastrack once and only once. I took my brother to go on The Smiler, and knowing he would likely get extremely bored and whiny though a two hour queue, I bought Fastrack for us both. But never again. There was something missing, something you only get when you queue under the ride...

Yesterday, Air had a 50 minute queue, yet no less than two S&I staff were selling Fastracks outside. "Hi guys, Air's got a 50 minute queue at the moment, but for just £5 you can skip the queue with Fastrack.*" *Fastrack queue was already approaching 30 minutes long.

Lets hope they're all getting replaced. Last week, they were just showing Air's queue constantly on the second row and then swapping between TH13TEEN and The Smiler on the bottom row. Useless. There's also not enough of them in the park.

Damn! Hope it's open for next Friday.

I don't find TH13TEEN's queue too bad to be honest, I've queued in worse cattlepens. I must admit though, and this seems standard worldwide, queue lines are forgotten about. The emphasis is on the ride, not the queue.
