    Theme Park Studio

IMHO, the early release of TPS is much better than that monstrosity of a game that hit the shelves last year: Adventure Park.

    Merlin Pass Premium Packs

So, I FINALLY received my Premium Pass Pack in the post this morning... and I must say I was rather disappointed. Here's the contents: 1x booklet, about the various atrractions Merlin own, plus 3x £5 off Fastrack vouchers and 3x Birthday vouchers. 1x small fold out cut down version of what is...

    Submission to be removed

Does anyone know why the second arm of Submission never worked, or was it just lack of ridership that forced it to operate with one arm?

    Premium car park

I went to Towers this morning to pick up my Merlin pass, and parked in the Premium car park. I was astounded at the state the car park was in, with ronking great pot holes everywhere. Considering you pay £16 a time to park in there, I would have thought it would be in tip-top condition! You can...

    2014: General Discussion

The checks on Smiler are quite extensive. I was told by one of the staff that all the brakes have to be inspected and tested one at a time, the lift hills examined, and all of the trains running that day have to go around at least twice before they can open. I won't expect the Smiler ever to be...

So do we know if any overhauls have been done to the Smiler yet over winter?

So how many of us use fastrack?

I have used Fastrack once and only once. I took my brother to go on The Smiler, and knowing he would likely get extremely bored and whiny though a two hour queue, I bought Fastrack for us both. But never again. There was something missing, something you only get when you queue under the ride...

    Farce-track

Yesterday, Air had a 50 minute queue, yet no less than two S&I staff were selling Fastracks outside. "Hi guys, Air's got a 50 minute queue at the moment, but for just £5 you can skip the queue with Fastrack.*" *Fastrack queue was already approaching 30 minutes long.

    TH13TEEN 18 rider rule

Went to ride TH13TEEN today just before queue close, they were asking for two more riders, and saying that TH13TEEN has a strict rule that 18 riders must be on the train, else it doesn't go. Now seeing that they sent the next train round empty, can anyone provide any background information on...

    2013: General Discussion

Lets hope they're all getting replaced. Last week, they were just showing Air's queue constantly on the second row and then swapping between TH13TEEN and The Smiler on the bottom row. Useless. There's also not enough of them in the park.

I don't think Oblivion has got any form of propulsion around the bend? Though looking at this, there is some sort of equipment going around the bend, but I'm not sure if it's a chain or not: http://youtu.be/omzWLWt9VbI?t=46s

    Queueline Entertainment

I don't find TH13TEEN's queue too bad to be honest, I've queued in worse cattlepens. I must admit though, and this seems standard worldwide, queue lines are forgotten about. The emphasis is on the ride, not the queue.
