Doctor Who - Favourite Enemy?

Over the years, the Doctor has encountered many enemies, old and new. Which one is your favourite? For me, the Empty Child is unbeatable in terms of sheer scariness. The gas mask and big, black empty eyes always freak me out. What about you? :)
 
Enemies brought over from the old Doctor Who either the Daleks or the Cybermen.

From the new Doctor who it's got to be the weeping angels, the whole episode that introduced the Weeping Angles was fantastic and I think that they are a really simple but effective enemy.
 
I love the naffness of the Ice Warriors (who may be being brought back next season :D ), but I love the old 80's Cybermen more:

The Mara. More of a psychological enemy then a physical one.. mainly because its physical form sucks.
