Oblivion has been down since thursday and shown no signs of opening.

Is it only me who noticed abnormal noises as it left the main chainlift onto the one which goes round the bend to the drop?

I don't think Oblivion has got any form of propulsion around the bend?

Though looking at this, there is some sort of equipment going around the bend, but I'm not sure if it's a chain or not: http://youtu.be/omzWLWt9VbI?t=46s

It is a chain, if you sit on the front row towards the right hand side you can see it more clearly. There’s also another one on the final corner before the station.

If you count the drop conveyor, Oblivion has a total of 4 chain drives, which sounds like a lot but is still only half as many as the Ultimate has.

When is Oblivion expected to reopen? Or can anybody make a estimate if they don't know? Thanks indeed! :)

Oblivion remained closed all day today. But techies were working under the bottom of the lift hill, it looked as if they were replacing a part, so I expect it to open tomorrow or Thursday! Here is a photo I took at about 2pm:

Enterprise is also still closed, but no staff member or sign at the entrance, but the staff member at the entrance of Oblivion said it was closed until further notice.

I have to say, with Oblivion closed today, I found that the area really was totally Smiler-dominated. With Oblivion the way it is, the area's harmony seemed all but lost.

I asked a host in Oblivions entrance today and she said it would be open again tomorrow.

the Haunted House was down from about 2 o'clock onward, they were opening up the gate to the left of the building for some reason too - any ideas why?

Yesterday, The Smiler broke down for most of the afternoon. TheMan and I were in the station about to go into the bays, and it was down for quite a while, with people in the trains in the station. Then they took them all off and got it going after a while. When they did put people back on it, one of the maintenance guys in the control booth looked down at the people on the front row and crossed his fingers, laughing, but then it got stuck! Two cars were stacked in front of the vertical lift and they had to evacuate. I was fascinated watching haha!

Then later on we were queuing for Rita and Th13teen was stuck just at the top of the lift hill!

To be fair, when they got The Smiler going again later it was absolutely hammering through the queues! We entered the queue just before ride close and were told it was about 1 hour 45 - 2 hours long, but we were out in under and hour.

Despite some rumors online earlier, Enterprise was still broke today, and when I left the park at about 4pm it was still closed. But was being tested.
