Gazag's guide to halloween 2013
Are you ready for halloween? This is a short guide to the 2013 halloween season, where to go, where to buy tickets and what is going on at each event.
Theme park events
big events at uk theme parks which are great for daytime thrills and night time chills
Alton Towers Scarefest
a well established halloween event this park will return with the same line up of mazes this year as in 2012 with the sanctuary, carnival of screams and terror of the towers plus a zombie scare zone and childrens entertainment. 2 of the mazes are set to be pay to enter while the other and the zombie scare zone are included in the ticket price. It has the best setting for its mazes in the form of the towers themselves and offers a very atmospheric setting while in the ruins and around the grounds of the towers themselves however there is only a small portion of the park that gets the halloween treatment and other than some lighting and dark rides its a shame that half of the park isn't in the halloween spirit.
