[2024] Thorpe Park: Hyperia - Mack Hypercoaster

So could this be a new style inverting coaster from B&M?

The Big One is 213 feet above ground. This is being measured by the same rationale, not above sea level (would be interesting to know what Thorpe was above sea level actually).

Ahhhh okay, so it is a fair bit higher then.

It's going to be a game changer for UK anyway. Heard nothing but good things about the ones that already exist.

Merlin have actually done well here it would seem and grabbed a bargain.

What do we make of this?

Ha! You wait nine years for a new coaster and it could potentially be a scrapped Six Flags concept :tearsofjoy:

Joking aside even if this is apparently true, I think it's a great fit. Thorpe don't need more inversions though, but as long as the airtime is good I'll be happy.

Will start to get excited when the news comes from the horse's mouth though.

It's going to beat the Big One in more than just height though.....in the sense that it wont ride like a shopping trolley hopefully.

Definitely feel a new UK number 1 coming on.....It's been a while (Almost 30 years)
