Nemmy will live for years to come. Despite operating for a shorter amount of time than Nemmy, Dueling Dragons:

• Operated in much harsher, much more varied weather conditions than Nemesis.
• Had many more ride cycles in its lifetime than Nemesis/Ran at high capacity much more frequently than Nemesis. Universal B&M’s are arguably some of the most ridden B&M’s on Earth, despite not necessarily being the oldest.
• Operated year-round as opposed to March-November.
• And the list goes on...

Most importantly:

• Nemesis is not taking up incredibly valuable, expansion-ready real estate, sat next to the most bankable theme park investment of all time. Nemesis is sat next to a prototype flying coaster with a knackered gimmick, a barely functioning Pirate Ship and one of the worst-rated attractions in any park's history. Which is closed.
