Although over the past week or so we haven't changed much visually, we've still been busy behind the scenes working on a few things which we feel are a vital part of the community. For those of you who have moved over from the old forum, you'll be aware we had "Guidelines". Looking back through these afresh, we really weren't a fan of them and we felt we needed a fresh approach. So, we've now got three separate pages which we believe cover everything to ensure we build a true community that's a unique, friendly and most of all - fun place to be.
Our Promise to the community
Although it was all well and good having guidelines for our members, there was no mention about what we aim to do as a team. So, we came up with some promises that we'd like to make to the community, and you'll find them above.
Member expectations
We don't like to refer to them as rules or guidelines, but there's a few things we'd like to ask of members on TowersStreet to keep things running smoothly. Don't worry though - we've tried to keep them as simple as possible and hopefully much easier to understand than the rules or guidelines you may be used to.
The legal stuff
We need to include some legal information for good measure too. This page also includes something a lot of you have been asking about - a statement regarding contributions you make to the site. Again, we've tried to step away from stuffy, jargon filled statements so they should be much easier to read and understand.
Eventually, as the site evolves, the above pages will be built into the site design. For now though, you'll need to click the links in this topic to get to them.
