Personally, my choice is RMT. The reason it always has such a long queue, is because the staff spend 10 min talking between each ride, the amount of times I have waited in a full train for the staff to do ANYTHING, shocking!
 
The staff for the most part aren't fixed to one ride, they are assigned to areas and move around that section of the park.

As mentioned above, I don't think given the ride rotation policy where staff have areas rather than rides to cover, this thread has any real relevance. Locked. :)
