Cave Games

It's an Ug-bone-anza down at the Cave Games arcade. Whether you are looking for the latest in arcade machines or a Lucky Dip-lodocus, your hunt is at an end.

In 1986, the Wildlife Museum moved out of its prominent building at the centre of Festival park, making way for The Corkscrew Games, the area's first arcade.

For the best part of twenty years the building continued to be used as an arcade, becoming Cave Games with the arrival of Ug Land. When the Thunder Rock Rally moved into the area in 2005, the original Cave Games was demolished to make way for Rita Queen of Speed, with the arcade moving to a new location alongside Rita's hydraulics building.

When the area became Dark Forest, the arcade became known as Crypt Games and operated until 2018, when the crypt was sealed and the arcade closed.
