The ban stick, (or ''stick of doom'' as its nicknamed by those who receive the wrath of it) is a metaphorical (but sometimes real, and pulsating) stick that is used to ban people, quite simply.

If a member of the [[adminzar]] team do caution that they are going to take out their ban stick, it is advisable that one remains quiet, ceases to breathe, and backs away slowly. Exceptions to the rule are however that if [[Joel|Joel]] threatens to get out his ban stick, you locate the nearest wall as fast as humanly possible and keep your back to it at all times until the threat has passed and another victim has been selected.

The ceremonial ban stick is kept in a gold and rhodium diamond encrusted and french velvet lined case, which remains in a secret location within the TowersTimes Ivory Towers.
