The act of sneaking up behind someone and kneeing them in the back of their own knee. Preferably done while shouting "NEY VILLAGE" loudly in Two Tone.
[edit] Origins
It is believed to have originated from a "Disney Village" sign FAIL at a Paris meet. Various letters of the Disney Village illuminated sign had blown, and thus only "Ney Village" was lit up.
[edit] Pronunciation
"Ney" should be said in the same way as "knee"
[edit] Evolving Use
Ney Village later became Ney Vilage (knee vill-aah-ge) after an increase in sign fail, with one of the 'L' letters failing to illuminate.
This is also loosely related to Billy, a rather similar meme.
