When someone writes something of little to no sense in either a post, a comment or even in the form of a Wiki article, which is never truly explained for the sake of embarassment towards that person.
It is currently being noticed on TowersTimes particularly within the forums themselves (see Noobs), as well as in Chat when someone fails to make a joke or obvious observation.
This is usually accessorised by Canned Laughter.
