Due to technical problems, this page has been renamed. The correct title is S&S

They make things swing, and try to stack as much track into a tight space as they can. S&S use various slogans, such as "It's a fine line between brilliance and madness, and we've crossed it" and "Breaking all the safety rules"

[edit] Spotting an S&S

An S&S attraction is easily recognized by several characteristics:

- Very short, stubby (and probably unsafe) OTSRs

- The ride must pass through vertical at least once

- Tend to go more skywards than sprawl accross the ground (They call it "compact". We call it "silly")

- It must use air power at some point

- Bits have a tendency to fall off

- It will be SBNO *Applies to launch coasters only*

Rush at Thorpe Park

S&S produce may different torture devices rides and coasters. These include:

Screamin' Swing

The easiest way to describe this model, is a mass capacity swing, launched by air. The air is fed from two massive drums at either side of the ride. It is a known fact that these are actually old farm silos, used to store various substances in their working life.

In order to build up enough preassure to power the ride both the opeator and hosts are required to pump two massive bellows. This is a very tiring and time consuming process which can result in a delayed start, or in some cases ride closure while the staff take a break.
